Events and Education
For 2008, IDAA has planned a full calendar of events, as well as sponsorship of many other industry-related events in China. Event benefits to members include:

• IDAA Access Receptions — IDAA members get free admission to all monthly IDAA Access Receptions
• IDAA Workshops – IDAA members receive special discounted pricing on all IDAA workshops and on other events sponsored by IDAAIDAA Research Roundtables – IDAA members receive priority consideration as speakers for the bi-annual IDAA Research Roundtables on best practices in industrial asset management and industrial real estate for corporate end-users, as well as discount pricing on attendance.

New and Information

• Print Newsletter – IDAA members will be eligible to receive copies of the Association’s newsletter monthly in hard copy format — delivered to their doors. The IDAA newsletter contains all Association happenings, industry news and updates on the latest industrial property transactions in China.
• Online membership directory – by joining IDAA, members will receive full online access to contact information for IDAA members, as well as demographics on who the Association’s members are, where they work, what they do, and what their areas of speciality are.

Research Data
IDAA is in the process of setting up Asia’s most comprehensive clearinghouse of research on industrial property. Through this clearinghouse, IDAA members will receive special discounted access to:
