Types of membership

Core members
IDAA is committed to promoting the interests of professionals involved in industrial asset management and industrial property. With this in mind, companies and individuals actively involved in industrial asset management and industrial property are given preferential rates for joining IDAA. IDAA core membership is open only to individuals or companies involved in the use, development, brokering or research and consulting on, industrial property. Only IDAA core members will have voting rights in Association decision making.

Core membership rates:

  • Corporate RMB 5,000 per year (up to four nominated members) (link to online form)
  • Individual RMB 2,000 per year (link to online form)

Associate Members
While IDAA’s primary focus is promoting the interests of industrial property professionals, IDAA welcomes all individuals and companies as members of IDAA. Associate members are eligible to join under the terms below, but will not have voting rights in Association decision making.

Associate Membership Rates:

  • Corporate RMB 7,000 per year (up to four nominated members) (link to online form)
  • Individual RMB 3,000 per year (link to online form)
