IDAA events bring together professionals from around Asia to learn about the latest developments in industrial asset management, the industrial property market and build a community for future cooperation. In all, IDAA plans more than 20 IDAA events during 2008, as well as sponsorship of many other industry events related to industrial property.

IDAA Access Receptions
During October and November 2007, IDAA held its first IDAA Access monthly networking events and these Access Receptions provided effective opportunities for industrial property professionals to increase their networks and learn more about current happenings in the industry.

The monthly schedule of IDAA Access Receptions will resume in March 2008, and please check this website for details.

IDAA Workshops
During 2008, IDAA will present a series of workshops on such topics as:

  • The future of tax incentives in China’s industrial zones.
  • Granted industrial land use rights
  • Renovating previously occupied facilities
  • China’s top 10 industrial related infrastructure projects for completion after 2010
  • Industrial & logistics facility building codes
  • Construction cost variation across China
  • Environmentally friendly industrial/logistics facilities technology
  • Cutting edge building equipment
  • Regional industrial zone focus – comparison of industrial zones within regions
